Breech Gear offers FREE returns within 30 days on unopened, originally factory-sealed underwear. Exchanges are also accepted within the 30-day period.

We understand that buying boxer briefs online can be challenging. That’s why every pair is individually sealed, allowing you to open and try one pair while keeping the remaining factory-sealed pairs eligible for return or exchange if they remain unopened. We hope you properly measured around your beltline or hip measurement as shown in our Size & Fit Guide before placing your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, once a factory-sealed package has been opened and the underwear removed or worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience. At Breech Gear, the health and safety of our customers are top priorities.

30-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
  • FREE RETURNS within 30 days on unopened, unworn, undamaged, factory-sealed Breech Gear underwear. Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days. See the Exchange Procedure below.
  • The return and exchange period is 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
  • Opened, worn, or unsealed underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Original shipping charges, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label provided by Breech Gear, any shipping costs you pay will not be reimbursed.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • After reviewing your return or exchange request and the required product photos, Breech Gear will email you confirming approval or denial. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Once the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund notifications may be sent automatically by your payment provider or financial institution. Please allow 10–30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
  • 3-Pack, 4-Pack, and 7-Pack Value Deals: Because each pair is individually factory sealed, returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened, unworn, factory-sealed pairs.
  • 7-Pack Value Deal: The Buy 6, Get 1 FREE promotional offer applies only when all seven pairs are kept. If any eligible pairs are returned, the total promotional purchase price is divided evenly among all seven pairs (approximately $19.99 per pair), and each eligible unopened, unworn, factory-sealed pair returned will be refunded at its prorated promotional purchase price. Opened, worn, unsealed, or retained pairs are not refundable.
  • Return items must be shipped inside a proper postal shipping bag or shipping box. You may reuse the original shipping mailer if it remains in good condition. Products shipped using only the product packaging may become damaged during transit and cannot be approved for return.
  • For approved returns, Breech Gear will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. The label is valid for 7 days and must be used within that timeframe.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders purchased using store credit will be refunded as store credit.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping eligible exchange items back to Breech Gear. Breech Gear will cover the cost of shipping your replacement size back to you.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@breechgear.com
  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • Requested replacement size (color must remain the same)
    • Reason for the exchange
  3. Attach:
    • Proof of purchase
    • A clear close-up photo showing each unopened, factory-sealed Breech Gear product bag.
  4. Wait for exchange approval and shipping instructions.

Exchange items must be properly packaged inside a shipping mailer or box and arrive undamaged.

Once your returned products have been inspected and approved, we will ship your replacement product at no additional shipping cost to you.

To request a return:

    • Purchase date
    • Reason for the return
  3. Attach:
    • Proof of purchase
    • A clear close-up photo showing each unopened, factory-sealed Breech Gear product bag.

Once your return has been approved, we will email you complete return instructions.

For approved returns, Breech Gear will provide a prepaid USPS return label at no cost to you.

If you choose to return your products using your own shipping method to speed up the process, all returned products must be properly packaged inside a shipping mailer or box and arrive undamaged.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund (less any non-refundable original shipping charges) will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10–30 days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
