return, exchanges and REFUNDs

Breech Gear offers FREE returns and exchanges within a 30-day period on unopened, originally sealed packaged underwear. For exchanges, you must cover the cost of shipping the products back to us but we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you. We know that buying boxer briefs online can be tricky. We hope that you properly measured your beltline and waistline as shown in our size / fit guide. Please understand that once the sealed package has been opened and the boxer briefs removed or worn, they cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience. At Breech Gear, the health and safety of our customers are top priorities.

  • FREE returns and exchanges within a 30-day period on unopened, unworn, originally sealed, undamaged packaged underwear.
  • The refund, return, and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we will not offer a return or exchange.
  • All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Duties, import taxes, exchange and transaction fees on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, and any other associated fees are nonrefundable.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within 10 to 30 days or sooner.
  • 3, 4, and 6 value packs: Because the “packs” are individually packaged and sealed, returns and exchanges will be honored on the unopened, unworn, and originally sealed product bags only.
  • Return items must be shipped in a proper postal shipping bag, or reuse and tape the original shipping bag. Damaged and open product bags cannot be approved for returns.
  • Any products shipped to Breech Gear using just the product bag will be deemed damaged and not returnable. Please note that the return labels provided are valid for 7 days and must be used within that timeframe. The package must be delivered by you to the carrier advised to you by BREECH GEAR customer service.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.
exchange Procedure

First, read the above 30-day return and exchange policy. Send us an email and include the following information: info@breechgear.com.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for covering the cost of shipping the products back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you.  

  • Email us with the order number, date of purchase, and reason for exchange.
  • New size request for exchange. The color must remain the same.
  • Attach to your email, proof of purchase and a close-up picture of the unopened and originally safety-sealed Breech Gear product bag(s).
  • After approval of the exchange, we will email you instructions.
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the packing, postage, and shipping of your products to be returned for exchange, to our Breech Gear address.
  • Use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping.
  • Exchange items MUST be shipped inside a proper plastic postal shipping bag or USPS priority box and arrive undamaged.
  • Upon review of undamaged items, we will ship your requested exchange products at NO COST TO YOU.
return Procedure

We will mail you instructions and a pre-postage paid USPS plastic mailer bag at NO COST TO YOU.

  • Contact us with order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  • Attach proof of purchase and a close-up picture of the unopened and originally safety-sealed Breech Gear product bag(s).
  • Again, we can only accept unopened and originally safety-sealed Breech Gear product bag(s).
  • Upon approval of your product return email, we will mail you instructions and a pre-postage paid USPS plastic mailer bag at NO COST TO YOU.
  • Drop off package at USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping.
  • If you choose to save time on your refund process, you may ship your return products yourself, however, products MUST be shipped inside a proper USPS postal plastic shipping bag, or a USPS priority box and arrive undamaged.
  • After approval of the return, a refund, minus the original shipping fees, will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 to 30 days or sooner.
  • Allow a week for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit statement.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
